Valid Passport [expiring 6 months after your travel dates]
ICWTT/GOGO Travel Documents [accessible via an app that will be provided to you upon making your final payment]
Make sure your Trip Plans App is downloaded [you can receive up to date information from the hosts of the group]
What Do I Do When I Arrive in Jamaica?
After you have passed customs and immigration, you will go to the JTL counter for your transfers.
Shared transportation is included in your package.
If you have purchased private transportation, a representative will take you in a private car to the resort.
When you arrive at Moon Palace Jamaica, you must confirm the your pick-up time for your departure date with JTL.
